BOOKING POLICY
Appointments must be scheduled at least 2 hours in advance. Same-day urgent requests may include a rush fee. All bookings will be confirmed by email or text message. If you do not receive confirmation within 1 hour, please contact us. Mobile notary services are available throughout Miami-Dade County. Travel fees may apply based on distance from zip code 33186.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY
Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance will not incur a fee. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a $25 cancellation fee. If the notary arrives at the scheduled location and the signer is unavailable or unprepared, the full service fee will be charged. Appointments may be rescheduled once at no cost if requested at least 12 hours in advance. Requests to reschedule made within 12 hours of the appointment are subject to a $15 rescheduling fee.

IMPORTANT NOTES
All signers must present valid identification at the time of service. The notary reserves the right to decline service if documents are incomplete, unlawful, or if proper identification is not provided. By booking an appointment, you agree to the terms of this policy.
